KLP is providing support to rural communities in Kilkenny to participate in ‘The Gathering’ Ireland events in 2013. ‘The Gathering’ mentoring workshops are designed to provide information on a range subjects, such as Ancestral Tourism, Marketing & PR, Event Management & Event Toolkit, as well as an Introduction to Web & Social Media. There will also be a short presentation on Heritage Tourism in Historical Towns. The workshops will take place on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd of May at the Heritage Council offices in Kilkenny.
