About The Gathering

 
Throughout 2013, Ireland and Kilkenny will open their arms wide for friends and family from around the world, and invite them to gatherings in homes, villages, towns and cities. Thousands of events are planned for the year ahead with the aim of bringing hundreds of thousands of extra visitors to Ireland.

You can play a part by organising your own gathering event. A gathering can be as small or as large as you want, all you need is one person form overseas. You can upload your event to www.thegatheringireland.com and use it as a central hub to help plan your event.
